What Can You Learn?

Dr. Rita begins her speaking and coaching journey using God’s Word and her science background to help educate and train female business executives and/or leaders to know how to protect themselves from narcissistic abuse.  Transforming the minds of female leaders (of all ages), who are experiencing abuse at work, home, and/or in school so that they are able to become Women Warriors.  A new transformational leadership style that creates female leaders who are mentally and emotionally able to take action and fight against abuse with a better understanding of the new American Society.

A new Society that has moved away from Christian principles when socially interacting with each other; and has now embraced a “bullying” and” self-serving Human Environment that focuses on pleasing oneself at the expense of others… a Non-Christian Society! 

Arm Yourself With A Warrior Mindset

You can only learn from Dr. Rita’s story if You have a “Warrior” mindset that is coachable with a willingness to learn and use easy techniques that change your thoughts and change your behavior as you invest in yourself. 

There is healing in God’s Word; and that Word states… He sent out His Word and healed them; and provided them an escape from the pits where they were trapped [Psalm 107:20].
