You cannot teach about something you have not experienced. So, as a certified Educator for 20+ years, who lived a life of abuse that was “normalized” or “ignored” at work, home, and school makes her highly qualified to teach about abuse. “Normalized” means the Bad Behavior/Abuse/Bullying is seen as normal.
Her own lifetime of abuse has made her a woman on a mission to teach, train, and transform today’s female business executives and/or their Leaders so they can become Women Warriors who have the social tools necessary to take a stand and fight against any type of Bad Behavior!
After being devalued and traumatized for so many years, Dr. Rita has learned that you cannot successfully take a stand against Abuse if you don’t know what you are looking for in this spiritual fight for your future. So, she has taken a very unique science-based biblical approach to narcissistic abuse by asking the following questions:
